Enrollment/Registration Procedures: |

First:
You
need to submit:
-
The required
enrollment forms to the East Palmyra Christian School office.
-
A check for the
$200 non-Refundable registration fee. This fee will be applied towards
your tuition upon acceptance.
-
A copy of the
child(ren)'s birth certificate.
-
The name, address,
phone number and fax number of your child(ren)'s current/past school.
What
happens next:
-
The Enrollment
Application is given to our Enrollment Committee, and a member will
contact you to set up a time for a home visit.
-
You will need to make an appointment
to meet with our principal, Mr. Vanderzwan, for an interview.
-
We will request
your child(ren)'s school records from their current/past school.
After
the home visit:
-
The Enrollment
Committee and Mr. Vanderzwan will make a recommendation to the School
Board which will then vote on accepting or not accepting the family.

The family is
notified of the School Board's decision.
What Mr.
Vanderzwan and the Enrollment Committee are looking for:
No child will be allowed to begin attending EPCS
until we have the following:
- Completed Application Form
- Completed Tuition Agreement
- Copy of Immunization records
- $200 non-refundable registration fee
